October 23, 2026

Dear Parents/ Caregivers,

Please see this important message from our School Council about the upcoming Movie Night.

Movie Night: Order your pizza ASAP to avoid disappointment!

We are excited to invite you to our annual Curriculum Night on Wednesday, October 21st, from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Thank you for your patience as we delayed this event this year to accommodate our recent school reorganization and the addition of three new classes.

Schedule & Highlights

• Classroom Presentations
  • You will have two opportunities to visit your child’s classroom and hear from their homeroom teacher, once at 6:00 PM and once at 6:30 PM. Having two session times allows families with multiple children to visit more than one classroom.
• Specialty & Prep Teachers
  • Our specialty and prep teachers will also be available throughout the evening, so please drop by and visit them as well!

This evening is a wonderful opportunity to learn about what your children will be studying this year and to connect with our school team.

We look forward to seeing you on October 21st!

A message from the Jesse Ketchum School Council and Parent Volunteers...

SAVE THE DATE: October Movie Night!

Dear Families/Caregivers,

Our School Council and Jesse Ketchum Parent Volunteers are hosting a Family Movie Night featuring the original Addams Family!

This event is for students AND their families, students can not attend without family supervision (this includes older students as well).

Event Details

Date: Wednesday, October 28th.

Time: Doors & Pizza at 5:00 PM | Short Film at 5:40 PM | Feature Movie at 6:05 PM

Where: School Gym

Pre-Register/Pizza Info (Coming Soon via School Cash Online):

Movie: Gym capacity is limited! Please pre-register, email with instructions to follow

Pizza: We ask that you pre-order your pizza so we know how much to get. While a very limited number of extra slices may be available at the event, pre-ordering is the only way to guarantee a slice. (Note: Food purchase is not required to attend).

Being so close to Halloween, attending in costume is encouraged - but not mandatory!

We Need Helpers!

Our team is busy behind the scenes, but we need volunteers the evening of the event to help with setup, pizza distribution, and cleanup.

If you would like to help us make this night a success, please fill out this form https://forms.gle/gQtFnT9VGtx1o2G16 and we’ll reach out to you!

Stay tuned for the official sign up and pizza link coming soon.
