Residents of Toronto with a postal code beginning with “M” can obtain a Vulnerable Sector Check (VSC) with Toronto Police Service (TPS). Effective September 05, 2023 the VSC process is available online.

• The cost of volunteer VSC application is $26.72. The payment can be made during the online VSC process with Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard or American Express. 
• The VSC application status and the result can be downloaded by logging into the account registered for the VSC application. 
• When the applicants receive the VSC result, please share the result directly with the office at Norseman JMS and email at PoliceReferenceCheckOffice@tdsb.on.ca indicating that the VSC result submission is for volunteering with TDSB.
