To register your child please contact the Office at Alvin Curling PS at 416-396-7850 to set up an appointment.  Your will need to bring the following documentation:

• Two pieces of proof of address (utility bill, driver's licence, property tax statement, etc)
• Proof of birth (birth certificate, passport, baptismal certificate)
• Health Card
• Immunization record
