Balmy Beach serves the east Beach area, from Victoria Park Ave to the east, Balsam Ave to the west, Kingston Rd to the north and Lake Ontario to the south. Click here to see our boundary map, and visit Find Your School  to confirm that your home address falls within our attendance area. Every child who lives within this attendance area is welcome to attend Balmy (please note that proof of address will be required). 

We are currently designated by the TDSB as Closed to Out of Area Admissions, meaning that only families who reside in our attendance area may attend Balmy Beach (click here for more information on the TDSB’s Elementary School boundaries).   

Kindergarten registration begins in January for the following September and remains open throughout the rest of the school year. Students are eligible to begin Junior Kindergarten in the year that they will reach four years of age by December 31st. For all grades, the registration process takes place online; please visit the TDSB’s Registration Page for more information and to complete your registration. Once you have completed the online registration, we will contact you with further information and instructions.
