Timetable Changes

Timetable changes will run the 2nd week of September on the following schedule:

  • Grade 12 changes - Monday Sept 11 and Tuesday Sept 12
  • Grade 11 changes - Wednesday Sept 13
  • Grade 10 changes – Thursday Sept 14
  • No grade 9 changes

When students complete the Google Form, Guidance can sort the Google Sheet that is created from the app’t booking Google Form using the grade column, and prioritize the grades based on the above dates.

Head Start to High School (New Grade 9 Orientation)

On Wednesday, August 30th, 2023, Bloor Collegiate welcomes all NEW Gr. 9’s to join us for a morning of Head Start to High School.

The event will run from  9:30 AM to 12:00 PM event on Wed. August 30th

Please note this event is for Grade 9 students and new international students only.

We expect students to arrive by 9:15 AM to sign-in, and our activities will begin on the Central Technical School field at 9:30 AM sharp!

September 22nd, 2023 New BCI Grade 9 Student’s All-Day Green Acres Field Trip

Below are the details:

Field Trip Date:  September 22, 2023, from 8:00 AM (bus departure) - 3:00 PM (return to Bloor CI)

Cost:  $42 [includes a day of outdoor activities, lunch (see the lunch option list in the Google Form to make your choice), and school bus travel to Green Acres and back to Bloor Collegiate Institute].

Every Friday from 12-1pm, students can connect virtually with a Child and Youth Counsellor and have an opportunity to talk about their mental health, relationships, etc.
