School Web Transition Stories

School Web Transition Stories help ensure students are well prepared for a successful start to their new school year. The transition stories are broken down by exceptionality.

The following stories have been created by the Central Etobicoke High School Special Education Department in consultation with Surrey Place Support Programs.

Story one is designed for students who have a Developmental or Physical Exceptionality.
Story two is designed for students who have a Mild Intellectual Disability or a Learning Disability.
