Caribbean African Canadian Social Services
CAFCAN Social Services Inc. was founded in 2014 as one of three agencies resulting from the decision to restructure the Jamaican-Canadian Association (JCA) into a membership agency (JCA) and a social service agency (CAFCAN). CAFCAN was created to provide social services to Toronto’s Caribbean and Black communities. It is dedicated to building on JCA’s long history of service to the community. CAFCAN provides supports to families as they navigate the school system in support of their child's success and currently runs a leadership group for students, in partnership with teachers, during the school day here at Derrydown. Check out their website to see what other services they offer.
