Étienne Brûlé Junior School (GR. JK-05)
Etienne Brule Junior School is a small community school located at Parklawn and Berry Road. Our school was built in 1957 and named after the French explorer Etienne Brule, who was the first European explorer to reach the mouth of the Humber River and set foot in Toronto.
Etienne Brule serves approximately 180 students, representing a very diverse community. Our mission is to promote the attitudes, skills, and knowledge necessary to live in a global society. We believe everyone must be engaged in ongoing learning to improve student achievement. One of our goals is to transform student learning through equitable practices and we use technology as a tool to engage students.
