To Register at Flemington we require the following Documents:

1. Proof of Citizenship - Birth Certificate and Health Card
2. Landed Immigrant - Immigration Papers of Child and Parent (if applicable)
3. Immunization Record
4. Proof of Residence - 2 proof of address are mandatory for registration (lease, drivers license, bill, etc.)
5. Phone Number - At least one phone number is mandatory for registration - more is safer, in the event of an emergency
