School council meetings are open to all parents and guardians of Forest Manor students. They are a great way to stay connected with school events. Meetings are interesting and very informative. They include the school principal’s report on current and upcoming issues and events, updates on council-led events and initiatives, and guest speakers. Past themes include eco school initiatives, EQAO information, good posture, health and wellness, tackling bullying etc. Parents are encouraged to ask questions, participate in the discussion and contribute agenda items.
