STEP 2:- Supporting Document Required to complete the Registration

Please click here to fill the google form to schedule an IN - PERSON appointment with JRR office staff. The purpose of this appointment is to bring in the required original documentation to complete your child's registration. 

Please bring the original documents listed below:

Supporting Documents to bring are:

Proof of age, any ONE of  the listed document below:

• birth certificate
• Canadian passport
• Canadian Citizenship card 
• certificate or baptismal record

Proof of address, any TWO of the listed documents below: 

• Utility bill (e.g. hydro, gas, water), 
• cable TV,
• internet, or home phone bill,
•  insurance policy (home, tenant, auto or life), 
• mortgage statement, rental or lease agreement or deed, 
• current purchase and sale agreement, 
• property tax bill 
• notice of tax assessment

** Parent(s) or Guardian(s) residing in Canada that are holding study permit or visitor’s visa status, you are required to visit the Admissions Office located at 5050 Yonge Street, Toronto, ON  to register at the head office directly, as the registration cannot be completed at the school level.**

Proof of eligible immigration status and first entry into Canada

• Work Permit Visa
• Study Permit Visa
• Documentation from IRCC
• International Passport

STEP 3:- Immunization Records

We no longer require a copy of your child’s immunization record as part of the registration process; therefore, all records should be reported directly to the link below at your earliest convenience.

Children who will be 4yrs old by December 31, 2023, may start Junior Kindergarten in September 2023.
