Welcome to Canadian and World Studies at Leaside!
We offer a wide range of courses from grades 9 through 12 within numerous subject areas, including geography, history, law, economics, and politics. Mapping, numeracy, critical thinking, research, and effective written and oral communication are only a few of the many skills taught in our courses. Current events and the historical foundations of our modern world, its legal, economic, and political context, its people and their stories, and the study of Canada's role in the world through a variety of lenses, forms the heart of our discipline.
