When registering, please  bring with you:

1. Your child's Birth Certificate or Passport
2. Your child's Proof of Citizenship
3. Your child's Immunization Record and Health Card
4. Two pieces of identification showing proof of address, such as:          

• bank statement         
• lease/purchase agreement         
• tax bill         
• utility bill         
• landline telephone bill
