This year's sports seasons are almost done and it's literally been a banner year at North A.! Students competed with heart and skill from Fall
to Spring in basketball, volleyball, badminton, and soccer. As well, they earned a finalist banner in co-ed flag football, conference champion banner touch football and conference champion and city finalist banners in primary chess! Track and field season is in full swing and North A. is sending over 30 students to East Conference Finals on June 8th after 2 tremendous days of competition at school and a fantastic area meet at Birchmount!
As the weather gets warmer, please ensure the children in your care are sent to school with water bottles, hats, and sunscreen as well as appropriate clothing. Please remember that whether indoors or outside, running shoes are mandatory in order to participate in Physical Education activities. Let's finish off the school year with the 4S for Success ideas: Safety, Sportsmanship, Sweat, and Skill!
