“NUT SAFE” SCHOOL

We have a number of students and staff in our school who experience a severe anaphylactic reaction to peanuts and other nuts. For some, a trace amount or even the smell can cause serious breathing difficulties, skin rashes or a life-threatening situation. As a result, parents are asked to ensure that lunches and snacks do not contain nuts or nut products.

If your child has a severe allergy requiring an EpiPen or needs the use of a Puffer for Asthma, you will be required to complete a more extensive Medical Form. An additional EpiPen and Asthma puffer will be necessary to leave at school in the office for your child. Help us to keep all our students safe and healthy
