Wellness Resources

We strive to promote a healthy lifestyle, including sleep, exercise, nutrition, and positive community relationships. This holistic approach is vital to student success because there is no education without health. 


To build capacity and resiliency, we actively promote Mindfulness at the school. In addition to our Guidance, our Wellness Committee actively plans school-wide initiatives to help students with self-care.  


We know that school can be demanding, so we have a Full Guidance Team and a social worker, to support your child's academic and emotional growth during their time at VSS.
