Five Simple Steps to Register Your Child in Kindergarten

1. Please visit our school office or attend our Open House (date to be announced) and bring:
2. Your child's birth certificate or baptismal record or passport
3. Two pieces of identification that show your address (For example, your telephone bill, driver's licence, bank statement, income tax form, rental or lease agreement)
4. Your child's immunization card - a list of needles your child has received
5. As the parent/guardian, you sign our registration form after providing the items listed above.

Registration Documents

Birth certificate if born in Canada), Permanent Residency Card or Canadian Passport
Address (2 pieces of identification that show your address such as your telephone bill, driver's licence, bank statement, income tax form, rental or lease agreement)
Health Card
Immunization Card (the number of needles your chidl has received)
Contacts (names and phone numbers in case of an emergency)
Any custody papers, etc.
