September 2025/2026 Registration Process
All non-VSS students interested in registering at VSS for the 2025/2026 school year must follow the TDSB’s Out-of-Area Admissions process.
The online application form is open from January 6 to January 24, 2025 at 4 p.m. Please click here for more information.
This process also applies to any non-TDSB students interested in registering at VSS.
Students currently registered at VSS will remain on our roll for the next school year.
Grade 8 TDSB students currently registered in TDSB Remote Learning will automatically be assigned to VSS for the 2025/2026 school year.
All VSS students are expected to:
- Complete the proof of Ontario residency attestation process in August 2025. Required documents must be presented in-person at a specified TDSB location. Details to follow.

- All COOP placements are virtual. There are no in-person COOP opportunities available.
- Only Core French is available at VSS.
- Students registered at VSS cannot participate in TDSB sports with their home school by address/former home school.
- Students in a graduating position will graduate from VSS, not their former school.
