Due to a technical issue, a large number of students may be experiencing difficulty logging into the TDSB Connects App or other services such as Brightspace or Google Workspace.

If you are unable to access your TDSB account, these instructions may be helpful. If these instructions were not successful and you have registered for Self Service Password Reset you may try using that option.
