Balmy Beach Community School is located at 14 Pine Avenue in the Beach area of Toronto.  Our school serves approximately 400 students from Junior Kindergarten through to Grade 6. We offer a Core French program, and we provide Special Education support through our Resource and MaRT teacher.

Our mission is to help all students build the academic and social foundation they need to succeed throughout their time in school and reach their full potential. We’re committed to fostering a learning environment where everyone feels safe, welcome and respected and we offer a variety of clubs, teams, and activities that allow each student to grow beyond the classroom – that’s part of what makes Balmy such a special place to be!

Our building also houses the Balmy Beach Community Daycare, a licensed childcare centre that offers full-day care to children aged 2.5 to 4 years, as well as before- and after-school care and programming for PA days, school breaks and summer.
