REGISTRATION HAS BEEN POSTPONED due to the closure of schools.
Please continue to monitor this website for updates.
If you are a new or returning student who already had an appointment booked for March 26th or 27th, please note your appointment will be moved to future date. Please hang on to your appointment sheet and check our websites for further details as they become available to us.
THERE IS NO PARKING FOR STUDENTS ON SITE during registration and during our quads.
We encourage you to take the TTC as CALC is located 300 meters from the Broadview station. If you must drive please be aware that there is limited pay parking in the community and a Green P lot behind the Broadview Subway Station.
New students can come into the school on the posted dates and attend an information session at 9:00am in the cafeteria. Students will be given a registration appointment for the following week. Registration is a 4-5 hour process during which you may be required to take an assessment to determine what grade level is appropriate. Some sample assessments are included on this site. Counsellors are available throughout the process to help you register and pick courses. Please DO NOT bring young children when you come to register as there are no facilities available for them.
When you come for your registration you must bring required documentation. We will need to see the originals and photocopies of the following documents
Proof of legal status in Canada: a) Permanent resident card OR b) conventional refugee form AND a valid study permit OR c) Canadian citizenship (birth certificate, passport, citizenship card)
Valid photo I.D. (Health card, Driver's licence)
Ontario transcript or credit counselling summary (if you have one)
- Your Ontario Health Card (optional)

CALC is tuition free. Students pay a $30 activity fee which covers the student agenda, celebrations, guest speakers and theme days. A refundable $100 book deposit is also collected when a student registers and is returned when students return all their books and cease to be a student at CALC. The $130 must be paid using debit or credit card, money order or certified cheque. Cash is not accepted.
