Police Record Checks for Volunteers 

Volunteer Process Reminder 

Families supporting Pizza Days, field trips, or school activities are encouraged to complete the free Criminal Record and Judicial Matters Check (see TPS website for full details). 

Steps:

1. Email Clairlea@tdsb.on.ca with subject “Volunteer Letter” Include: full name, date of birth, address, and your child’s name for a Principal Letter request
2. Allow 2 weeks minimum for processing
3. Once received, bring your confirmation number/email and police check document to the main office

We will record completion and follow up with TPS to ensure you are added to our Clairlea Volunteer Information System.
