DSO
DSO (Developmental Services Ontario)is the access point for adult developmental services funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) in Ontario.There are 9 DSO agencies located across the province; serving different counties and regions.If you have a developmental disability, live in Ontario, and are 18 years old you must apply through your area DSO to see if you are eligible to receive adult ministry-funded supports available in your community.
it is recommended that you call your area DSO when you turn 16 to learn about the services available to you at age 18.
ODSP
(Ontario Disability Support Program)The Ontario Disability Support Program is one of Ontario's social assistance programs. CLT
(Community Living Toronto)supports people who have an intellectual disability, working to ensure that their rights are respected, and they can make choices in their own lives. CLT operates more than 80 locations in Toronto which each offer a selection of services.For children and adults with an intellectual disability who live at home, CLT offers Respite Choices. For a few hours or up to a week, adults with a disability receive care, allowing their regular caretakers to have a short break. Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder can participate in regular respite care for a few hours after school.

A community hub is a public space that brings several community agencies and neighbourhood groups together to offer a range of activities, programs and services.
