Hospitality and Culinary Arts

Food plays a big role in the Eastdale experience. Through our partnership with the Toronto Foundation for Student Success (TFSS), our Hospitality department provides nutritious breakfasts, snacks and lunches to our entire student body, free of charge, each and every day.
Rather than simply being the recipients of these services, Eastdale students are active participants in our kitchen; preparing, serving and enjoying hundreds of healthy and delicious meals every week. Our Hospitality students learn how to safely use and maintain commercial  equipment while gaining experience with a wide range of ingredients, methods and techniques.
