The East York Collegiate “Class of 2017” Prom scheduled to take place:
Date: Thursday, June 8, 2017
Venue: Parkview Manor (416) 391-5888
Location: 55 Barber Greene Road
Time: 5:00 pm to 12:00 am

Students eligible to purchase tickets must:
• Be a member of the graduating class of 2016-2017 at East York C.I. as determined by Administration.
• Be the guest of a student who is a member of the graduating class of 2016-2017 at East York C.I.

Prior to arrival at the Prom:
1. Graduating students must present their receipt of purchase in order to receive their invitation.
2. Graduating students may bring only one guest. The host must accompany their guest to the Prom venue.
3. Graduating students (and their guests) must sign up in advance for a specific table and a meal; no table switches will be permitted at the Prom Venue.

Arrival at the Prom:
1. Upon arrival at the Prom, students will sign in at the Reception Table.
Photos / Reception: Starts at 5:00 pm
Seating: Starts at 7:00 pm
Dinner: 7:15 pm
2. No admittance after 7:00 pm.
