Mental Health and Well-being

Mental Health and Students

Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make healthy choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood. One doesn't have to wait for a crisis to work on their mental health.

We believe that when we have mentally healthy parents, children and teachers, we have truly healthy communities.

In these extraordinary times we need to make sure our mental and physical health remains a top priority.  At Glamorgan, we are committed and dedicated to making sure that we do our best to help our students, staff and family members.
