Dear Grade 8 Families,

We are halfway through the school year! With that in mind, we wanted to share some information with you about graduation events that are being planned for the spring so that you can plan ahead.

Graduation Trip:

We are planning a 3-day, 2-night graduation trip for Grade 8 students from Monday, June 19 - Wednesday, June 21, 2023, at Camp Tamarack. We will share further information with families at a virtual information night on Wednesday, March 1st, at 6:00 pm and via email after that date. The expected cost per student is approximately $320. It is important to us that all students are able to participate. If the cost is a prohibitive factor, please reach out to shauna.davidson@tdsb.on.ca so that we can arrange for the school to help cover the cost of the trip.

Graduation Ceremony:

We look forward to holding a graduation ceremony for our Grade 8 students during the last week of June. The tentative date is Monday, June 26, 2023, at 1:00 pm (more details to follow closer to that time).
