This guide has been created to provide students, parents/guardians, community members and staff with a list of resources and agencies that address the social determinants of health. The guide has been separated into five categories: Health and Wellness, Housing, Education, Financial Support and New to Canada. Each section contains a list of tools, resources and opportunities that work to create equity in our communities.
