Safe Arrival

Safe Arrival

For the safety of your child, it is very important that you call the school before 9:00 a.m. when he or she is going to be absent or late from school. If needed, please leave a voice message in the safe arrival mailbox with the following information:
  • Your child's name and class
  • The reason for his/her absence
  • How long you expect your child to be away from school
If your child is absent and we have not heard from you, the TDSB automated system will call you. It is crucial that we have updated contact numbers from you at all times. Your co-operation in following these procedures will ensure that the Safe Arrival Program works in your child's best interest.

Parents are required by law to ensure their child's regular attendance at school. Parents who wish to remove their child from school for a vacation or extended leave during the school year must obtain the approval of the principal.
