Grade 8 Graduation Planning Committee

The John G. Althouse Grade 8 Graduation Planning Committee will be meeting on Tuesday, April 16th in room 202 (Mr. Samec's classroom), located in the upstairs hallway, at 7pm.

The graduation committee is led by Grade 8 parents who plan the decor, food and music for the event. The Grade 8 parents are responsible for setting up the auditorium and the cafeteria at Martingrove Collegiate the afternoon and evening before graduation.

Grade 6 & 7 parents also help with the set-up for the event, but their primary role will be to run the reception during graduation and look after the clean-up of the auditorium and the cafeteria, so that Grade 8 parents can enjoy the event with their graduates.

Graduation is scheduled for Thursday, June 20th. We will need volunteers to work in shifts on Wednesday, June 19th and Thursday, June 20th.
