Registration To-Do List

For Kindergarten, Primary and Junior Grades at King Edward

If you are registering a student who is coming from a different school board, click HERE to register online. 

You can register online here for Kindergarten.

OR if your child is coming to King Edward from another TDSB school, you may download the registration form HERE and email it to the office staff  at King Edward. KingEdward@tdsb.on.ca 

Please state which TDSB school your child is transferring from so that we can contact them to request their school records.

When you have filled out the registration form, you will need to bring the following items to the office:

1.  Child's Birth Certificate and/or Passport
2. Two items which act as Proof of Address for you:  telephone bill, utility bill, tenancy agreement.

 If your child is in Kindergarten to Grade 2, please fill out and print the Developmental History Form. You can also obtain one from our office to fill out.

You MUST have an appointment to bring the documents, so please email our office staff to make arrangements.
