Welcome to the French Immersion, Extended French and World Languages Department at Leaside High School. Core French and Latin have been taught here for over 50 years with French Immersion being introduced in 1987, Spanish in 2013 and Extended French in 2010. All of our courses are well-attended due to the enthusiastic, caring support of our staff. Leaside parents and students understand the value of second and third languages in the modern world and we hope to welcome even more staff and students to our steadily growing Department in the future.
