To promote safe and harmonious environments where all people can learn, work and play, schools and school-sponsored activities must be free from:

• conduct which endangers others i.e. physical assaults, weapons, threats or intimidation and possession or use of weapons
• disrespectful behaviour towards adults, teachers and other students
• behaviour which impedes the education of others
• profane or inappropriate language
• racial or ethnic harassment
• sexual harassment
• alcohol, drug or substance abuse
• trespassers*

* Visitors to the school are required to begin their visit in the main office so as not to be mistaken for trespassers in the school.
