Remember to bring the following documents with you for your child's registration.

Without these documents, we will not be able to complete the registration for your child.

The following documents are required when you visit the school to complete the registration:

1. Proof of Age

2. Proof of address

For proof of address, choose one from Category A: 

• Property tax bill or notice of tax assessment
• Current purchase and sale agreement, including proof of purchase provided before the pupil attends the school
• Current mortgage statement , Rental/Lease Agreement, or deed

For proof of address, choose one from Category B:

• Utility bill (e.g. hydro, gas, water)
• Cable TV, internet, home phone bill
• Insurance policy (home, tenant, auto or life)
• CRA Income Tax Assessment (most recent)
• Original correspondence from a government agency or legal clinic may be accepted as a second proof of address document

• Driver's License, Health Card, Credit Card statement and cell phone bill are not accepted.
