Teaching, office Staff, administration and students are welcoming and eager to meet and greet new people. There is an atmosphere of care and respect which permeates throughout the departments and school. People are genuine and this is what truly matters, as we are positive role models.

For me, the most important aspect of Leacock is the quality of the faculty. The teachers are very connected to the students and care about them; perhaps it’s the smaller student population at Leacock.
The teachers at Leacock help students see their potential for success. In addition to his academic success at Leacock, my son has developed many interests, thanks to the teachers, and actively participates in music club, radio club, equity club, auto-shop, and computer club.
These are interests my son developed independently, outside of our home, and serve as valuable life lessons today and in the future. Thanks to his teachers, my son accessed new-found confidence, skills, and experiences.
Stephen Leacock is a safe school where your kids can easily and fully access available resources, stand-out, be seen, and discover new interests and opportunities. As a parent, I enjoy walking into the school and being recognized by teachers and students alike. Leacock has a big heart and is integral part of the community.
