YOU WILL NEED THE FOLLOWING TO REGISTER:

1. A Student Status Sheet from your current/most recent school;
2. A copy of your IEP, if you have one;
3. A parent/guardian if you are under 18.

We'll need to see the following to verify your registration documents:

1. Proof of legal name and birthdate- Canadian birth Certificate, Passport, or Permanent Residence card;
2. Proof of address- Utility bill, phone bill, lease, bank statement, pay stub.
