How Can My Child Attend Hodgson?

Hodgson is a middle school with Grade 6, 7 & 8 students. Students who graduate from Davisville PS, Eglinton PS, Maurice Cody PS and Oriole Park PS can attend Hodgson starting in Grade 6.

If your child is coming to Hodgson from one of these schools, you do not need to do anything.  Your child's current school will transfer students attending Hodgson to us.

If your child's primary address is in our attendance area, but doesn't attend one of these schools, you can register your child at Hodgson.

Please begin with the TDSB online registration with this link.  This registration will go to the general email box and we will follow up in August if any additional information is required.

Please make sure you have the following documents.

  • Proof of age (birth certificate or passport)
  • Proof of address (two pieces of identification that show your address, such as a residential phone bill)
  • Proof of immunization (the card that shows a list of vaccinations your child has received)
  • Verification of date of arrival, if your child was not born in Canada. Families who are permanent residents and refugee claimants may register directly at the school. Children without immigration status are welcome in our schools and information about them or their families will not be shared with immigration authorities. To register, please visit the International Programs and Admissions Office at 5050 Yonge Street, on the main floor, for a TDSB school admission letter.

Please note: We cannot register students who do not live in our attendance area because we are closed to Optional Attendance.
