If you have any questions please email us at vssguidance@tdsb.on.ca. A guidance counsellor will email you back. This email address will open on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024. Please do not email our guidance counsellor on their personal email addresses; we are changing our system and will be answering emails through vssguidance@tdsb.on.ca. We will do our best to respond to emails within 24 to 48 hours. 

Please note that we will be working on scheduling students that are have not been enrolled in classes or require timetable changes because they have achieved the same credits in summer school. If there is an opportunity to offer timetable changes we will share the process at the start of the school year. 

Students can also substitute one of your VSS courses for one asynchronous class through the TDSB eLearning program. If you have more questions about eLearning please email eLearning@tdsb.on.ca.

If you completed any private school/other board credits (TCDSB, DDSB, PDSB, YDRSB) over the summer please send us your report card to VSSguidance@tdsb.on.ca. 

In September, we will also be providing a link and schedule to our daily guidance drop-in where you can chat with a guidance counsellor without an appointment. Students and families are welcome! 

Please note that since we are a virtual school we receive a large number of email, especially at the start of the school year. Please refrain from sending multiple emails as it will slow down our communication process. The guidance department will start on Tuesday, August 27th, 2024.
