Once you have submitted your online registration via the link above, please contact our school office to book an appointment to come in and provide the required documents in order to complete the registration process.
Please bring the following documents with you when you come to register your child at the school:
- Proof of age - examples of documents that can be used are: birth certificate from Ontario/other province or territory; Canadian passport/citizenship card; baptismal record; refugee claimant documentation; permanent resident card/confirmation of permanent residence.
- Proof of address - two proofs of address is required; we need one document from each of the following categories:
Category A: property tax bill/ MPAC notice of assessment; current mortgage statement or a rental/lease agreement, or deed; agreement of purchase of sale, including proof of purchase provided before the pupil attends the school.
Category B: CRA income tax assessment (most recent); Utility bill/e-bill (water, hydro, gas), home phone/cable/internet; home/tenant/auto insurance; recent correspondence from a municipal, provincial, or federal government agency.
Families who are permanent residents, refugee claimants, or parent(s) on a work permit may register at the school directly.
Children without immigration status are welcome in our schools and information about them or their families will not be shared with immigration authorities. To register, please visit the International Programs and Admissions Office at 5050 Yonge Street for a TDSB school admission letter.
