Yorkview is moving to a BALANCED DAY TIMETABLE!!

Students will have 2 blocks of time to eat and play outside.  Each block is 45 minutes.  They will eat first then go outside.  Students should bring a good, healthy snack and a good healthy lunch each day.

Attendance is important!  Our day begins at 9:15 am.  Students should arrive atleast 5 -10 minutes before to line up with their classes.  It is important for them to have this time to transition to school.  When students arrive late they disrupt the learning of everyone.  Please arrive on time!

Students are encouraged to arrive at school 5 to 10 minutes before the entry bell rings. It is important for parents and school to work in partnership to help students develop good time management skills.

• The beginning and end of the day are busy times. Please help us maintain safe routines by dropping off and waiting for your child outside.
• You many call the Safe Arrival Line at 1 833-250-2290 at any time to report if your child is going to be absent or late. Please follow the prompts.
• Students who arrive after the 9:15 a.m.. bell must sign in at the office. Any student who leaves school early must be signed out at the office.
