BACK TO SCHOOL

Welcome Back !

Niagara Street Public School welcomes students back on September 5th and we will do our best to keep you informed and prepared for the upcoming school year.  Please note that often the school is unable to confirm classroom/teacher designation until the week before the start of school in September.  Feel free to contact the office at this time, or check/subscribe to the school blog, niagarastreet.wordpress.com, where you'll find regular updates and important information.  Our tradition is on the first day of school for school for students/parents/caregivers to congregate in the school yard (weather permitting, otherwise in the main entrance foyer) for a brief "meet and greet".  Teachers will have their class lists posted on chart paper.  Allow some extra time before the bell rings at 8;55am. Teachers will assemble their classes, say goodbye to our families, take attendance and head to their classrooms.

We look forward to seeing you then!

NOELS

Niagara Outdoor Experiential Learning Space / NOELS

We are very excited about the redesign of our school playground.  It currently is made up of astro-turf, rubberized surfaces and a very old playscape that keeps needing repairs!  We've gone through a year long consultation process where students, parents, staff and community members have all had a chance to contribute their ideas to what our playground should have to extend the students' learning.  We now have a plan!!!  Our next step is to raise the money so that we can have it built!!!!

Welcome to Our School!
