Agincourt is CLOSED for Regular Program, French Immersion and Extended French.

Student Activity Fee

The Student Activity Fee is $60.00.  It is our strong recommendation that you pay online through School Cash On Line (instructions are enclosed) and bring your receipt from on-line payment to accompany the registration process.  We will accept cash on-site for those who do not pay online.

The fee includes:

$   3.00 for A.C.I. Student Card, which students need to carry as appropriate ID for the TTC and library 

$   7.00 for the Student Planner

$ 20.00 for SAC Activity Fee (includes participation in school activities and $5 credit towards printing)

$ 30.00 for the School Yearbook

Permission/Consent, Medical Forms and Emergency Contact Information

The safety of our students, your child, is our first priority.  As part of the TDSB’s Digital Transformation strategy and in support of a Board of Trustees directive, a selection of school start up forms will be made available to you this September in digital format.

Parents with emails recorded in our School Information System will automatically be sent a message containing a link to complete these forms for each of your children using a tool called “Permission Click”. This message will be sent the day after your child attends school and they become active in our School Information System for the new school year. There is no need to print and return the forms if they are filled digitally.

In addition, on the first day of school, Home Form teachers will be giving out an Individualized Student Index Card which contains very important information including emergency contacts.  Students are to return this sheet to their home form teacher only if there are changes to the contact addresses or phone numbers, or if you are adding a contact email.
