School councils are an excellent way for parents to get involved in their child's educational experience.
The school council is made up of an elected committee of parents, staff and sometimes student representatives, appointed community members, the principal, and a general membership which includes all parents of children attending the school. Click the link for more information about school councils.

Blaydon’s Parent Council Meeting- October 25, 2024

Introductions
· Reviewed the positions of the parent council and
then elected Genevieve Keats as Chair of parent council and Cintia Peres Da Conceicao as the Co-Chair

November 7 Treaties Recognition Week
Presentation. Grades 3-5 @ 10:30. A parent of students who have moved on will
be coming in to do a lecture/speech as her daughter will be doing a dance

November 14 evening interviews as progress
reports will be sent out shortly prior.

processed and unfortunately denied.

also unfortunately denied due to low funding
