It is an honour and a privilege to be part of this amazing Elmlea community. The Elmlea staff and I are committed to providing a safe, creative environment whereby students can explore their strengths and use a growth mindset to tackle challenges that they may face. 

We are committed to solving our problems creatively and responsibly and that is why we use the WITS program (Walk away, Ignore, Talk it Out, Seek help from an adult) to solve problems.

I hope that you feel that you can approach myself and the team here at Elmlea. We may not have all the answers but we are are committed to partnering with you in the success of each child here at Elmlea.
