Hello Mercer Mustangs!

Every year at General Mercer Junior Public School is one filled with new experiences, friendships, and achievements. General Mercer Junior Public School is far more than a building made of bricks and plaster and water fountains and heating units. It is a place where minds are opened to learning, where children are allowed to grow, where there is a free interchange of ideas in order that knowledge may flourish. It is a place where, as parents and educators, we share common goals for the success of your children. I look forward to working together with you and your children in the year ahead.

As parents, teachers, and community members, it is our role to support the achievement of our youngest citizens, both academically and socially so that they can develop to their full potential as caring, contributing members of our society. This year promises not only to be exciting and challenging but also one full of growth for everyone. I look forward to continuing the excellent traditions of General Mercer, to developing new programs for students, and to expanding our work in the community.
