The Boy's Basketball Team hosted a divisional tournament this past week at General Mercer P.S.  The boy's did a fantastic job of representing their team and school.  Great Job Boy's!!!



















The Girl's Volleyball Team participated in a tournament this month at Annette P.S.  The Girl's placed 3rd out of seven schools that were competing.  Great Job Girl's!!!

The girl's took it upon themselves to write a Thank You card to their coaches (Coach Porras & Coach Moore) for volunteering their time throughout the month.

General Mercer Jr. P.S. has a long and rich athletic tradition dating back to the 1920's. We continue to provide many athletic opportunities to all students through house leagues and athletic competitions.

In recent years, General Mercer has been the recipient of the Health and Physical Education Canada award for outstanding achievement in quality physical education.

For the past several years, General Mercer has also been involved with the Toronto Argonauts Huddle Up anti-bullying campaign.
