Once the office has processed your application, you will receive further information to make an appointment to complete the registration of your child.
STUDENTS WHO HAVE ATTENDED A SCHOOL IN THE TORONTO DISTRICT SCHOOL BOARD
For any previous or existing TDSB students, please call the Henry Hudson school office at 416-396-6310 to make an appointment to register your child.
Documentation necessary at your appointment are listed below:
Information required for Registration:
- Birth Certificate
- Immigration papers with Date of Arrival in Canada (only required if not born in Canada)
- Immunization Record
- Proof of Residence – only accepting: deed, copy of lease, utility bill, or any government mailed to your address (Not the driver's license)
- Ontario Health Card
- Last Report Card
