Elementary to Middle School 


Grade 6 students who reside within the Island Public/Natural Science School attendance boundary, can attend the following grade 7 school as their designated area school (based on address):

Out-of-Area Admissions – TDSB students can attend a school which is designated to serve their residential address and also have the opportunity to access schools outside of their area by applying for Out-of-Area Admissions. Acceptance at these schools is subject to space availability and program suitability. The online application is open until February 10, 2023 Here

Elementary Out of Area Admissions – Key Dates:

  • January 9, 2023 - The Online Out-of-Area Admissions form will be made available until February 10
  • February 2023 (date -TBD) - Grade 6-7 Transition Information Night
  • February 10, 2023 - Out of Area Admissions applications deadline
  • Round 1 - March 8, 2023 - Families informed of application status
  • Round 1 - March 21, 2023 - deadline for parents/caregivers to confirm acceptance of offer
  • Round 2 - March 22, 2023 - Families informed of application status
  • Round 2 - March 28, 2023 - deadline for parents/caregivers to confirm acceptance of offer
