Another wonderful school year is upon us and I would like to welcome back the staff and the students who have helped create the fabric of this vibrant school. I would like to welcome all new students to this school as they are about to embark on an exciting new educational experience.

I am proud to work with a staff that is dedicated to creating a safe learning environment for our students. The positive school climate can be attributed to the relationships that the staff builds with parents and students, resulting in high academic standards for all students.
 

The Jackman community provides tremendous support for our students and staff. Strong parental and community support enhances the quality of education at Jackman Ave.P.S..  Our Parent Advisory Council meets monthly at the school and plays an important role in our school by volunteering their time, raising money for school and student needs and hosting community events.
 

I am very much looking forward to this upcoming school year and to partnering with you to help make this a rewarding experience for your child. The overall wellbeing of all of our students is very important to me, so please do not hesitate to contact me should it become necessary for any reason. Know that my door is always open.
