The Richview Leadership program centres on the House System of Colours representing key character traits. As each grade 9 student experiences community-building and leadership development through Frosh Day, the Muskoka Woods Prequel in September, Muskoka Woods Camp in in January and the Sequel back at school in the spring, students are poised and prepared to either attend the Mono Cliffs leadership weekend in Grade 10 and/or The Peer Leadership Class in Grade 11. These experiences combine to enable multitudes of senior students to apply and become senior leaders in their Grade 11 and/or Grade 12 year.

4:45    Colour Group Bonding Time- Counsellors and TA's meet in their colour groups
5:15    Whole Group Session - Auditorium
5:45    Dinner in the Caf- pizza
6:45    "Gym Riot"- Gymnasium
8:15    Closing- Gymnasium
**    Please wear running shoes and clothing that will allow you to actively participate in the gym riot.
(The Saturday portion of the training weekend is cancelled)
