  • The staff is committed to building a strong partnership with students and parents in order to provide a productive, relevant learning environment which includes an extensive co-curricular program to engage.
  • An Extended French program is offered in Grades 6, 7 and 8 where students study half of their timetable in French (as well as a "late start" Extended French program that starts in Grade 7). A French Immersion planned to begin in 2024. There is an opportunity to continue in bilingual programs in secondary school.
  • A pilot of an Indigenous Language and Culture program will continue this school year.
  • There is a focus on inquiry-based learning, and community service. Indigenous Education and Equity issues are embedded throughout our curriculum.
